Executive Director Full Time

All Tribes Christian Camp is seeking a dedicated follower of Jesus Christ to serve as our next Executive Director. This is more than a job—it is a calling to lead a Gospel-centered ministry impacting children and youth for Christ.

Located in beautiful Northern Ontario, All Tribes has a rich 65+ year history of sharing the Gospel with children, young people, and adults around the Sault Ste. Marie area. We are prayerfully seeking a leader who will carry this mission forward with vision, humility, and faith.

In this role, you will have the privilege of shaping the spiritual lives of the next generation while leading a well-established and respected Christian camp ministry. You will live and serve in a beautiful camp setting in Northern Ontario, immersed in a vibrant community and surrounded by nature. This is an opportunity to be part of a mission that has a lasting and eternal impact.

Important Details:

• This is a missionary position through One Hope Canada.
• The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for raising personal financial support.
• Some missionary support for this position is already in place.
• Training and support are provided through One Hope Canada.
• There is a strong team of volunteers and support staff, including an Office Administrator, an actively involved Board of Directors, and established committees to support the Executive Director.
