We want to add to our team someone who will strategically plan, direct, and coordinate activities across multiple projects with our National Director globally and our lead team nationally. This is an extraordinary opportunity for an individual to be responsible for ensuring project goals are accomplished within an approved timeframe, scope and budget. You will network with international leaders and represent Alpha Canada. At the core of the Senior Project Manager role, there is a calling from God for gracious, thoughtful service and implementation of a plan, where you thrive under the desire to see a project through from the beginning to the end. You must want to contribute with fresh ideas, have effective communication, and be willing to display joy, positive energy and encouragement to both those participants in the project and the staff you get to execute the plans with.
Expertise / Experience:
Candidates are required to possess a post-secondary degree or Business diploma that includes elements of communications, management or international relations. They will need advanced Word, Excel or have some other database knowledge, minimum of 2 years in project management and administration. We are looking for a high level of customer service, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to deal appropriately with confidential information. Your ability to manage competing priorities within determined timelines is accurate and pay attention to detail are keys to being successful in this role. Previous experience with Alpha is an asset.
