Program Coordinator Full Time

The Youth Initiatives Program Coordinator will assist the BC Regional Director in the running of Action Camps and Action Clubs and other community based sports initiatives. This person must have a heart to see youth experience the love of Jesus and to see coaches and other volunteers discipled in their faith. They are to assist in the areas of: the execution of sport initiatives; the maintaining and tracking of relationships with local churches and community sports groups; the administrative support necessary to carry out an Action Camp and/or Club program.
Athletes in Action is a Christian organization with the funding model where the staff are considered local missionaries and are invited to trust God to have him provide a team of investors who will give towards their salary. The successful candidate for this role will have the opportunity and joy to do this just like hundreds of other AIA staff have as well.
