The Associate Pastor/Director of Care Ministry is an important part of how Blackhawk ministers to the spiritual, emotional, relational, and physical needs of our congregation. This role contributes to the leadership and strategy of Care Ministry, with a specific focus on volunteer development, Care groups, Care courses, and Care-related systems and resourcing.
