Briercrest College and Seminary invites applications for a full-time faculty position (rank open, commensurate with qualifications) in Old Testament and Hebrew, beginning August 1, 2019, with primary appointment in Briercrest Seminary.
The successful candidate’s teaching will support ministerial and academic degrees in the seminary along with some undergraduate teaching. Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to the Gospel, possess a PhD (or equivalent), and show potential for excellence in teaching, in service to the Church, and in research supporting ministerial education. Briercrest College and Seminary is a private post-secondary institution in the Evangelical Protestant tradition that enrolls over 700 students in 18 undergraduate and graduate programs including degrees in various forms of Christian ministry, Applied Linguistics, Biblical and Theological studies, Music, the Humanities and Social Sciences, and Business Administration.
