The Canadian Chinese School of Theology Vancouver is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our mission of equipping ministry leaders and nurturing Christian brothers and sisters to serve faithfully in God’s kingdom mission. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, faith-based environment and brings both passion and competence in general administration, communications, marketing, and event coordination. The Administrative Assistant plays an important role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the seminary while helping to advance its public presence and ministry initiatives. We are looking for a proactive team member who values excellence, hospitality, and service, and who is eager to contribute to theological education within the Canadian Chinese church community. Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week) Salary: $21–25 per hour based on qualification and experience, plus medical and professional development benefits (as per CCST Vancouver Staff Handbook) Location: CCST Vancouver main campus, with periodic travel to local churches and conferences Reports to: School Administrator and/or Principal Application Deadline: March 10, 2026, or until the position is filled Position Summary The Administrative Assistant plays a vital supporting role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the seminary’s office, classrooms, and library, while advancing the educational mission of CCST Vancouver. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-based administrative structure. The ideal candidate is dependable, service-oriented, and deeply aligned with CCST Vancouver’s vision of equipping ministry leaders and nurturing Christian communities for God’s kingdom mission. Working closely with colleagues, this individual provides both administrative and creative support across daily operations, library services, event coordination, and marketing initiatives. Precision, follow-through, and a proactive mindset are essential in this role.
