Kids Ministry Coordinator – McDougall Part Time NEW

The Kids Ministry Coordinator will help lead, organize, and develop the Sunday kids ministry at McDougall for children from age 0 through Grade 6. This will include helping launch and strengthen ministry in a newly forming congregation, building relationships with families, and creating a warm and trustworthy environment for kids, parents, and volunteers.

This role will involve recruiting, scheduling, encouraging, and equipping volunteers to serve with children. The coordinator will work to build healthy teams, communicate clearly with parents and leaders, and help ensure that kids ministry is well prepared each Sunday.

The Kids Ministry Coordinator will also work alongside other Central kids ministry staff in a multisite setting, making use of shared curriculum, policies, systems, and support. They will help ensure that Central’s safety policies are followed and that kids ministry at McDougall reflects the heart and values of the broader church.
