Christian City Fellowship in Sealy, TX, is currently seeking a devoted Children’s Pastor & Next Gen Administrative Lead to oversee ministry aspects for children and provide administrative support for Next Gen Ministries. Responsibilities include leadership in ministry, coordination of discipleship pathways, volunteer management, safety protocols, organizing special events, and maintaining effective communication and operational systems alignment across Next Gen departments. The ideal candidate will focus on nurturing spiritual growth in children, developing cohesive volunteer teams, upholding ministry excellence, and supporting a unified vision for discipling the next generation, fostering a safe and engaging environment for children to grow in their faith and experience God’s love.
