ASSISTANT PASTOR APPRENTICESHIP Part Time

One will get to experience varied dimensions of church leadership and participate in an exciting season of pioneering growth. One will apprentice to understand the values and ministry approach of CityLights. A level of spiritual and personal maturity and previous leadership experience is required. This individual will be a part of the ministry team and partner with the lead Overseer, helping with practical aspects of church life. This includes administration, team development, managing systems, and pastoral care. The goal is to strengthen and stabilize the centralized elements of church life so we can see expansion of reproducing disciples and missional communities.
