The CCO Campus Staff will Catalyze Kingdom transformation in the local city and surrounding community by sharing the Gospel, inviting students into the life of the Church, and mobilizing the congregation to engage ministry on campus. He or she will develop deep collaboration between church members and students that promotes strong biblical discipleship, life long commitment to the Church, and the flourishing of Christ s kingdom in their local context and all areas of life. The candidate must be fully committed to CCO’s mission, vision, and values.
Ministry Plan| Develop/Implement a ministry plan each semester in collaboration with co-supervisors
Church|Co-chair a College Ministry Team, communicate vision/progress to church, engage congregants in mission, and integrate students into church life.
Outreach|Oversee outreach events monthly, equip students in evangelism to their peers, maintain up-to-date student contact list, and pursue relationships with key campus administrators.
Discipleship| Lead a Large Group, small groups, and triads and train students to do likewise.
Leadership Development | Lead a student leadership team, gain recognition as a student organization, and mobilize students for futures in ministry (i.e. CCO Fellows).
Off-Campus Opps | Bring students and partners to Jubilee, organize student retreats and spring break trips, and recruit students for CCO Summer Opps.
Cross-Cultural | Engage in multiethnic events, and connect students with leaders/mentors of color.
Training |Participate in all required CCO Training.
Support Raising |Raise all CCO Ministry Account funds necessary for full salary and ministry expenses.
Commitment to God’s Multiethnic Kingdom: CCO staff, partners, and leaders ensure CCO teams, groups, and events reflect the diversity of the campuses we serve.
