Worship Pastor Full Time

Cochrane Alliance Church is hiring for a full-time position: Pastor of Worship Arts. (Part time will also be considered). Salary: $53,000-63,000.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Organize worship services in collaboration with lead pastor.
Equip worship teams to lead well and to use and grow in their gifts.
Shepherd multiple people in a variety of roles across the worship ministry teams.
Create opportunity and space for creative & artistic expressions of worship.
Work with sound & tech teams to ensure worship services run well.

REQUIREMENTS

A healthy and growing relationship with Jesus.
Proficiency in leading worship and musical skill.
Strong interpersonal skills & ability to work well with teams.
Strong skills in equipping volunteers, communication and organizing services.
