Lead Pastor Full Time

Position Overview
Community Baptist Church is prayerfully seeking a full-time Lead Pastor who is called by God
to shepherd our congregation in Murillo, Ontario. The Lead Pastor will serve as the spiritual
leader of the church in collaboration with the Deacons board, to provide Christ-centered
preaching and teaching, pastoral care, visionary leadership, and a commitment to equipping
believers for service and outreach. This individual will work in partnership with the Deacon
Board and Ministry Board to lead our congregation in fulfilling our mission to glorify God and
reach our community with the love of Christ.
