Reporting to the General Manager, the Client Service Administrator (CSA) plays a key role in contributing to and enhancing the overall client experience.

The role requires facility in keyboarding and PC use – especially with MS Outlook, Excel, and Word. User experience with web-based applications is an asset. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of three years work experience involving administrative and customer service roles. Knowledge about and/or experience in the insurance, healthcare, immigration, travel, or international education sectors are valuable assets.
