Decision Point is an evangelical nonprofit dedicated to equipping, sending, and reaching students with the gospel on school campuses and online.

We’re seeking a passionate Campus Ministry Field Staff member to coach student leaders, partner with local churches, and help expand gospel outreach throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

Responsibilities:

Coach and mentor student leaders.
Build relationships with pastors, churches, and community leaders.
Travel throughout the DFW area to support campus ministry.
Help grow and strengthen local outreach efforts.

Qualifications:

Ministry experience preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Passion for evangelism and discipleship.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Willing to travel regularly within DFW and occasionally nationwide.

Compensation:

$45,000–$60,000 annually, based on experience.
Staff members raise financial and prayer support with comprehensive training and ongoing coaching provided.
