Decision Point is an evangelical nonprofit equipping students to share the gospel on their campuses and online. We’re seeking a Campus Ministry Staff member to mentor student leaders, build partnerships with local churches, and expand campus outreach across North Carolina.

Responsibilities:

Coach and disciple student leaders.
Partner with pastors, churches, and community leaders.
Spend 50–75% of your time in the field during the school year.
Help grow student-led evangelism.

Qualifications:

Passion for evangelism and student ministry.
Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
Organized, self-motivated, and mission-focused.
Willing to raise personal ministry support (training provided).
Ministry experience preferred; bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Salary: $45,000–$55,000 annually (based on experience)
