Decision Point is an evangelical nonprofit dedicated to equipping, sending, and reaching students with the gospel on school campuses and online.

We’re seeking a passionate Campus Ministry Staff member to coach student leaders, build relationships with local churches, and help expand gospel outreach across Oklahoma.

Responsibilities:

Coach and mentor student leaders.
Partner with pastors, churches, and community leaders.
Travel throughout Oklahoma to support campus ministry.
Help grow and strengthen local outreach efforts.

Qualifications:

Ministry experience preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Passion for evangelism and discipleship.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Willing to travel regularly.

Compensation:

$45,000–$55,000 annually, based on experience.
As a nonprofit ministry, staff members raise financial and prayer support with training and coaching provided.
