Decision Point is an evangelical nonprofit equipping students to share the gospel on their campuses and online. We’re seeking a Campus Ministry Staff member to disciple student leaders, build partnerships with local churches, and expand campus outreach across Orange County.

What You’ll Do:

Coach and mentor student leaders.
Partner with pastors, churches, and community leaders.
Spend 50–75% of your time in the field during the school year.
Help grow a movement of student evangelism.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Has a passion for evangelism and youth ministry.
Is a strong communicator, leader, and relationship builder.
Is organized, self-motivated, and mission-driven.
Is willing to raise personal ministry support with training provided.
Ministry experience is preferred; a bachelor’s degree is helpful but not required.

Salary: $48,000–$64,000 annually (based on experience)
