Position Overview
Elim Chapel Fellowship is seeking a passionate, compassionate, and visionary Senior Pastor to lead our congregation of sincere believers in making a meaningful impact in the lives of others, our community and beyond.

Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a spiritual leader who:
· Demonstrates a deep, authentic relationship with Jesus Christ
· Possesses strong biblical teaching and preaching abilities
· Has a heart for discipleship and building community.
· Can connect with people across multiple generations and cultures.

Key Responsibilities
· Provide strategic spiritual leadership
· Deliver compelling, biblically grounded sermons that provide practical applications
· Lead and develop small ministry teams that encourage spiritual growth and discipleship
· Oversee pastoral care to church members
· Encourage community outreach and evangelism

Qualifications
· Master of Divinity or equivalent theological degree
· Minimum 5 years of pastoral leadership experience
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Commitment to biblical principles
