We are a welcoming church family located in the historic Steveston community of Richmond, BC. We are a diverse, multi-generational, and multi-ethnic congregation committed to following Jesus together. Our church values collaboration, hospitality, and Spirit-led worship as we seek to love God, serve one another, and reach our community with the good news of Christ.

We are looking for a Senior Pastor who will help lead and shepherd our church with wisdom, grace, and a heart for discipleship. The Senior Pastor, alongside the elders, provides spiritual leadership and oversight to ECC, guiding the church in worship, discipleship, and community engagement. Key Responsibilities:

Shepherding & Pastoral Care – Lead, equip, and support pastoral care, counseling, and discipleship.
Sunday Worship Leadership – Oversee Christ-centered services, coordinate teaching, and collaborate with worship leaders.
Church Leadership & Vision – Work with Elders to discern God’s direction, support ministry growth, and develop leadership.
Administration & Ministry Oversight – Supervise staff, manage resources, and ensure organizational health.
Community Engagement – Represent ECC in the broader church community.

This position is available immediately and will allow for a transition period with the current interim senior pastor..

Salary range $85,000-$100,000 (including a housing allowance as part of the salary)
