GPCCC Chinese Lead Pastor (With the responsibility to lead a Chinese pastoral staff) Full Time

Chinese Lead Pastor Qualifications
• Scriptural Qualifications
o Called by God to be the shepherd of the flock (1 Peter 5:1-4).
o Be a Person of character and testimony as in (1 Timothy 3:1-13).
• GPCCC-Specific Qualifications
o Hold doctrinal belief in line with GPCCC.
o Agree with and will uphold GPCCC by-laws.
• Ministerial Qualifications
o Pastored a Chinese Church (preferably in North America) for more
than 8 years.
o Had proven ability and experience to lead a team of pastoral staff.
o Had experience working in a multi-ethnic environment.
o Gifting in preaching and teaching.
• Personal Qualifications
o Married pastor with marriage counseling experience (Marriage as
defined in the bible, Gen 2; 1 Car 7; Eph 5).
o Must be able to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently.
o Communicate in Cantonese is preferable but not mandatory.
o Must have a minimum of M.Div. from an acceptable seminary.
