English Student Pastor Full Time

We are currently seeking a qualified individual who is passionate about shepherding students, is a strong shepherd, mentor, and team player.

1. Preach biblically sound sermons and teach Bible studies.
2. Develop an effective discipleship program for students.
3. Plan, develop and implement programs and events for an effective student ministry.
4. Lead a team of volunteers in the operation of a student ministry, including weekend services (Friday evenings and Sunday mornings) and periodic special events.
5. Serve as student advocate and champion, educating and enlightening the ministry team on the hopes, concerns and needs of students in the local church and community.
6. Serve as an engaging Christian spiritual leader and role model with strong biblical background.
7. Communicate with church leadership staff, parents and congregation in a timely manner utilizing available resources (email, website, social media, newsletter, etc.)
8. Function as a member of the church’s Pastoral Staff performing baptism services, weddings, funerals, etc. as part of a rotation schedule.
9. Other Duties as assigned.
