Pastoral Assistant Full Time

Are you passionate about guiding and supporting young minds? As an integral part of our boarding house team, you will provide welfare support for pupils under the guidance of the Houseparent, while also participating in a wide range of extra-curricular activities.

We are seeking someone who is fully supportive of the school’s Christian ethos, with opportunities to lead Christian Unions, Bible Study groups, and other faith-based initiatives.

This position may be particularly suited to individuals exploring opportunities in education or ministry, especially those eligible for Youth Mobility or similar visas for work in the UK.
