Position Title: Office Administrator/Corporate Assistant
Reports To: Executive Director
Position Summary: This role is crucial to the organization and will be the first point of contact in representing Mercy Canada. This role covers a diverse range of responsibilities from answering the phones, to compiling reports, managing financial accounts, running errands and occasionally filling in within the home when needed.
Education/Experience: Strong Computer and administrative skills, office management or secretarial training is preferred; however, a variety of experiences in office or organizational settings will be considered.
Personal Qualifications: This individual will have exceptional interpersonal and computer skills, friendly and warm personality, an attitude of excellence, professional dress and manner or relating, great multitasking abilities, flexible and willing to support a variety of other roles. Attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary for this role. Compassionate and sensitive to the population group we serve.
