Children’s Ministry Pastor Part Time

New Life is inviting applications for the part-time position of Children’s Ministry Pastor.

The Children’s Ministry Pastor is called and gifted to give leadership to the children’s ministries of New Life Church.  This person will give leadership in such a way that engages children in the formation of their faith so that they will become a lifelong disciple of Jesus. This individual will connect with families and kids to build engagement, excitement, long-term faith and meaningful involvement in the church.

The Children’s Ministry Pastor is a productive leader who has ability to build ministry teams, and is able to bring creative ideas into reality within safe and vibrant ministries. This person will continue New Life’s focus on recruiting and developing leaders and teams in all their ministry areas.

The Children’s Ministry Pastor position could be expanded to involve additional roles as gifting and experience determine. We welcome applicants who thrive in a multi-staff environment.
