Young Adults Pastor Part Time

New Life is inviting applications for the part-time position of Young Adults Pastor.

The primary responsibility is to work with lay leaders, as well as with other staff members, to encourage, challenge and excite young adults as they grow in their faith journey with God.

The Young Adults pastor will develop a solid understanding of this age group and create a caring Christ-centered young adults’ community. This person will also help to engage young adults to participate in the greater church community, joining in weekly worship, discipleship & service. This person is passionate about discipling and mentoring young adults, and is able to provide face to face pastoral care.

This person is comfortable with a high level of involvement and being a significant member of our staff team.  We welcome applicants who are experienced, thrive in a multi-staff environment, have theological/biblical training and have great communication skills.

Currently this position is allocated for half-time. Depending on availability, gifts, and goals of the applicant. The position can be expanded with other ministry opportunities.
