The Care Pastor works with campus pastors and central support staff to develop and implement holistic systems of care and benevolence ministry for the NLCC family across all campuses, empowering volunteers to participate according to their gifting and ability; provides pastoral support to various Support Group leaders and Senior’s Ministry; coordinates memorials for congregants and community members; and facilitates partnerships and initiatives with local outreach ministries.
