Worship Pastor Full Time

The Worship Pastor is responsible for leading the Worship Department to deliver excellent weekly worship experiences and other worship gatherings for all NLCC campuses which are Christ-centred, Gospel-focused, fresh and contemporary in expression, and engage the congregation to participate with their whole selves (heart, mind, and voice) in worship. The Worship Pastor provides leadership, vision, team building, training, coaching, and pastoral care for the staff and volunteers serving within the Worship Department. Apply Online
