Job Title: Adult Ministries Team Lead

Purpose Statement: To design and oversee all adult ministries staff and programs at OneChurch.to [In-Person & Online]. To ensure that Church Life Adult Ministries strategy is aligned with our mission: Know God, Love People and Impact our City.

Reports to: Church Life Directional Team Lead  

Adult Ministries Responsibilities:

Oversees & manages Adult Ministries Staff and the Adult Ministries responsibilities

Accountable for the leadership, development & execution of all discipleship initiatives at OneChurch.to

Accountable for the full integration of all current and future keystone OneChurch.to strategies into Adult Ministries team [5 Bold Moves, Stackable, Expansion]

Development and oversight of the Adult Spiritual Life Track, including a clear Discipleship Plan for Young Adult-Death

Accountable for leading vision casting, project management  for all Adult Ministries programs and initiatives [Community Groups, Seniors, Alpha, Care Team, Prayer Team, Weddings, Funerals, Deaths, Membership, etc]

Partner with the Church Life Directional Team Lead to develop a mentorship program for the Church Life Staff

Highlight and elevate Care at OneChurch.to Partner with the Digital Team to create a fully digital expression of care and Adult Ministries online Partner with the NextGen Team Lead to create a dynamic Young Adults Program at OneChurch.to

Attend and assist in leading the Church Life Team Lead Mentorship Meetings

Anything else as assigned by the Church Life Directional Team Lead  

Team Lead Responsibilities:

General management of Adult Ministries Team (staff)Time-off requests, weekly schedule, performance

Budgeting, goal setting, development plans, metrics Hiring, onboarding, offboarding of staff

Running team meetings, regular check-ins and scheduled staff assessments

High-level contributions in all-staff environments and in general to staff culture by embodying staff values  

Work Schedule: 45 hours per week [Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday;  2 Saturdays/month as needed]
