Lead Pastor Full Time

The Senior Pastor leads the development and implementation of the Vision/Mission, Policies and Ministry  at RRCC.    It involves keeping RRCC focused on its Vision/Mission and ensuring that it is carried out.  This position has primary responsibility for ensuring that day to day ministry and administration is carried out according to the policies set out by the Official Board.  In order for this to be accomplished a key role of this position is to seek out leaders and develop them to do ministry.  Further, this position maintains the lead role in preaching and responsibility of forming the worship services.  The position of Senior Pastor is a non voting participant in all Official Board meetings.
