Director of Children’s Ministry Full Time

St. John’s Vancouver is seeking a Director of Children’s Ministry to lead and nurture the spiritual growth of children and families in our church community. This full-time role requires a mature disciple of Jesus Christ, passionate about cultivating a joyful trust in Christ among children. Key responsibilities include overseeing the Sunday School program, recruiting and equipping lay leaders, providing pastoral care for families, and fostering a vision of intergenerational worship.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of ministry experience, strong administrative and team leadership skills, and a deep understanding of Scripture. They should be creative, collaborative, and committed to empowering parents in their spiritual leadership at home. Sympathy with Anglican theology and a long-term vision for children’s ministry are essential.
