Director of Youth Ministry Full Time NEW

 St. John’s Vancouver is  looking for a full-time Director of Youth Ministry to lead our Youth Group of about 75 youth aged 12-18 years. As the Director of Youth Ministry, you would be responsible for overseeing, developing, and implementing a Christ-centered program for the purpose of making Christian disciples. As well, you would be responsible for recruiting, mentoring and leading a volunteer youth leadership team.

The right candidate will have a clear understanding and strong grip of the Gospel, having a Christ focused comprehensive biblical theology. They love and have a passion for youth. They will have demonstrated the ability to teach, disciple and lead youth by God’s Word.  They are seeking to serve God in youth ministry within a church body context. They will also have proven skills leading teams, developing discipleship programs, and implementing ministry plans.
