Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Hamper Dispatch & Mail Delivery Assistant to prepare, package, and send hampers through postal and courier services. This role focuses on ensuring that hampers are correctly packed, labeled, and processed for shipment so they arrive safely and on time.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate the dispatch of hampers and mail deliveries efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure timely delivery of packages to clients and internal departments.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and inventory for hampers and mail.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding delivery schedules and any issues.
• Assist in the preparation and packaging of items for dispatch.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or business operations is a plus.
• Experience in a dispatch or delivery role preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
