What’s involved?

·       Leading youth programming – in life groups, neighbourhood outreach, and integration into wider church ministries

o   Developing and leading site-customized Sunday youth programing and assisting in central Friday programming.

o   Navigating transitions well (students entering and leaving the youth ministry).

·       Connecting relationally with youth, parents, and youth leaders outside of the Sunday service:

o   Connecting one-on-one or in groups – to have fun, talk, share life experiences, providing mentorship, celebrating significant moments, and just hanging out together.

o   Connecting with parents of youth both on Sundays and through occasional mid-week check-ins
