We are looking for a highly organized, self-motivated Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the Lead Pastor and Executive Director of Operations, and perform a variety of organizational tasks. The responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, purchasing, completing expense reports, drafting & prioritizing correspondence, formatting and proof-reading documents and presentations, and organizing events. To be successful in this role, you possess exceptional time management skills, advanced English grammar and MS Office skills, are able to build effective relationships and act with minimal guidance.
The successful candidate will be required to agree to and sign The Met’s Statement of Faith, as well as provide a vulnerable sector background check. Occasional weekend and evening availability is required.
