The Nashville Fellows Program is a network of church and faith communities seeking to equip young adults to
understand the relevance of Christ in our culture and develop a framework for engaging this culture towards His
redemptive and transformative power.
Executive Director Job Summary:
The Executive Director for the Nashville Fellows Program is responsible for overseeing the Fellows program at
large and for shepherding the Fellows alongside the Church Coordinators. To this end, the Executive Director is
responsible for overseeing all components of the Fellows program outside partner church roles, utilizing volunteer
committees. The Executive Director will further the mission and vision of the Nashville Fellows Program through
program assessment, continued exposure of the program within the Nashville community, and fundraising efforts.
In all things, the Executive Director will also support the vision of The Fellows Initiative.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, while other duties may be assigned:
➔ Minimum of 10 years of work experience, preferably with experience in higher education, career
development, young adult ministry, etc.
➔ Experience managing a team and/or reporting to a Board and managing Committees
➔ Excellent communications and presentation skills
➔ Track record of success in networking, developing community relations, and fundraising
➔ Excellent computer skills and organizational skills
➔ Commitment to and active participation in a local church; affirmation of The Fellows Initiative Statement of Faith (will be provided to interested candidates after initial application is received).
