Position Overview
The Church Administrator supports the day-to-day operations of the church by providing administrative and organizational assistance to pastoral leadership and ministry teams. This role helps ensure the church functions smoothly while fostering a welcoming, Christ-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities
– Manage office operations, emails, phone calls, and church correspondence
– Maintain church calendars, records, and documentation
– Assist pastors and leaders with scheduling and meetings
– Support communication with members and ministry teams
– Help coordinate services, events, and special programs
– Assist with basic record-keeping and administrative support
– Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications
– A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and alignment with the beliefs of The Restored House Chapel
– Strong organizational and communication skills
– Basic computer and office skills (email, documents, spreadsheets)
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Prior administrative or church experience is a must
