Church Administrative Secretary
The Lead Administrator reports directly to the Senior/Lead Pastor for daily task fulfillment and is committed to ensuring a high level of excellence in the execution of church operations with a focus on Workers and Volunteer Teams at Surrey and future locations. This person will also be responsible to handle proofreading of The Restored House Chapel’s publications.
The Restored House Chapel (TRHC) is a non-denominational and multicultural congregation seeking an outstanding individual to serve in this office/calling. The Church Administrator is responsible for the efficient day-to-day business operations of the church. As a faith-based organization and place of Christian worship, our beliefs are foundational to everything we do. The candidate will be expected to share these biblical beliefs, join in the spiritual life of the church and work actively to support the ministry’s vision, mission, and the church values. This position requires an exceptional degree of excellence, professionalism, ability to work in an ever-changing environment, where multitasking, sound decision making, self-motivation, prudence, and discretion are essential. Equally the candidate will need confidence and proven organizational, financial, communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualified Candidate must possess the following Minimum Requirements:
Experience in accounting software
You should be familiar with social media. How to post, and update basic information on the Facebook page, Twitter and Instagram”
