Part Time Worship Leader Contract Part Time

We are looking for a Part-time (8-10 hrs/wk) creative, community-minded person to bring strong worship leadership and musicality to our worship ministry.

Areas of Responsibilities

• Lead worship at minimum half the Sundays in the month.
• Serve as an accompanying musician or BGVs on other weeks.
• Prepare set lists.
• Lead rehearsals for team
• Operate sound board at basic level, Trax/Ableton (training provided)
• Prepare notes, arrangements, sheets, etc. for band members.
• Work with Pastor, and AVL Lead to plan and facilitate Sunday service.
• Team building through one to ones, lunches, appreciation gift cards.
• Jointly manage Worship budget (2024 – $7500).
