Our Vision is to cultivate a deep culture of discipleship. We desire to be a church that makes disciples who make disciples who make disciples and so forth. Through this process we desire to know Christ more, share Christ more, grow into the character of Christ more, and draw Christ nearer to the world.
We are looking for a creative, community-minded person to bring strong leadership and administrative oversight to our community life; including small groups, integration of newcomers as well as our growing family ministries; including Tap Kids and Couples ministry. Working in collaboration with our pastor and leadership team to implement our vision to “make disciples who make disciples…,” the successful applicant will coordinate all leadership, curriculum and programming needs related to small groups and the faith formation of children of the Tapestry Marpole.
If you love Christ, love the church and love seeing people of all ages and backgrounds grow in faith; please prayerfully consider joining our church as an Associate Pastor.

The Associate Pastor will provide leadership, guidance and oversight to: (I) Family ministries, including Tap Kids and (II) Community life, including Tap Groups, integration and hospitality. Working with a team of leaders and volunteers, the Associate Pastor will (I) oversee weekly and seasonal faith-formation programs for children 0-17 years of age and develop/support ministries for parents and couples; (II) support the launch and growth of small groups, newcomer integration strategies, community events, and other discipleship programs such as Alpha, Sanctuary Course, etc.
