Part Time Worship Leader Internship Part Time

We are looking for a Part-time (8-10 hrs/wk) creative, community-minded person to bring strong worship leadership and musicality to our worship ministry. Working in collaboration with our pastor, AVL Lead and worship teams to implement our vision to “make disciples who make disciples…, in and through musical worship,” the successful applicant will lead the worship ministry at Tapestry Marpole.

Areas of Responsibilities

• Lead worship at minimum half the Sundays in the month.
• Serve as an accompanying musician or BGVs on other weeks.
• Prepare set lists.
• Lead rehearsals for team
• Operate sound board at basic level, Trax/Ableton (training provided)
• Prepare notes, arrangements, sheets, etc. for band members.
• Work with Pastor, and AVL Lead to plan and facilitate Sunday service.
• Team building through one to ones, lunches, appreciation gift cards.
• Jointly manage Worship budget (2024 – $7500).
