The Housing Coordinator plays a key role in the discernment of vision for housing, nurturing healthy organizational culture and designing ministry programs that utilize best practices and foster effective outcomes. You will use your strong interpersonal and supervisory skills to oversee the housing operations, develop and implement a comprehensive housing strategy as well as community- building programming. If you have related post-secondary education, experience in a housing-related field, including in a recovery-based and abstinence-based model, strong interpersonal skills, and a valid class 5 driver’s license, this could be a great fit.
You will frequently deal with clients in crisis situations, brought about by diverse problems. There will be other staff nearby to assist as required.
