The position entails a wide responsibility for all administrative functions and for providing ministry support and event co-ordination to assist other staff and lay leaders.
The successful candidate will be a key member of a closely knit staff team in a warm environment of cooperation. The incumbent is expected to prayerfully contribute to decision-making and to strategic planning regarding the church’s ministries. The ideal candidate will be able to work with others and will take responsibility for the tasks of the job without much supervision. The job can be tailored to some degree based on the interests and gifting of the incumbent.
