Children & Youth Ministry Leader Part Time

West Vancouver United Church (WVUC) is excited to offer an opportunity for a passionate individual to join our team as a Children & Youth Ministry Leader. This permanent part-time position, for 17.5 hours per week, is ideal for someone who has a heart for nurturing the faith of children and youth. For over a century, WVUC has had a meaningful community presence, rooted in Christian values and dedicated to service and fellowship. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Lead Minister to develop engaging programming, coordinate volunteers, and foster a vibrant community among families. Key responsibilities include overseeing various age-specific groups and leading programs for older children and youth, and maintaining a dynamic social media presence. We are looking for someone with a compassionate understanding of the challenges young people face today and a deep desire to help them find their way through following Jesus. Strong communication skills and technological proficiency are important.
