PART-TIME PROJECT COORDINATOR JOB DESCRIPTION
Williams Consulting is looking for a part-time (.25 FTE) Project Coordinator. This position
involves scheduling client engagements, making travel arrangements for project personnel,
organizing research team meetings, data management, monitoring progress to ensure project
deadlines are met in a timely manner, and managing project budgets.
Responsibilities
Coordinate research team members to keep project workflows on track
Maintain and monitor project plans and schedules
Organize and schedule focus group meetings
Disburse research participant incentives
Manage qualitative data including interviews, photographs, and fieldnotes
Ensure interview recordings are transcribed by a transcription service in an accurate and
timely manner
Ensure projects adhere to research protocols and maintain any required documentation
Track project expenses, including processing expense reports and reimbursements
Prepare materials for stakeholder and client meetings
Provide administrative support as needed
Requirements
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain strong relationships in a decentralized and remote work environment
Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Capacity to understand the big picture without overlooking details
Experience with business applications of productivity software (word processing,
spreadsheets, databases) and financial record-keeping in an office setting
Education and/or Experience
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree (B.S. or B.A.) from a four-year college or
university, at least one year of related experience in project and business management, or
equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience using project management software such as Zoho Projects and/or QuickBooks
accounting software is desired.
Term, Compensation, and Benefits
This is an 18-month term position focusing on a program evaluation for the Collegeville
Institute’s Called to Lives of Meaning and Purpose Initiative (calledtolives.com), which is
funded by the Lilly Endowment Inc. While Williams Consulting anticipates new contracts
with additional clients and may expand this role, additional work beyond mid-2022 is not
guaranteed.
Compensation for this position is $20 per hour for an average of 10 hours per week.
Benefits are not available for this position.
