Position Summary
The Virtual Office Administrative Assistant provides remote administrative and operational support to ensure efficient day-to-day business functions. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for team members
Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Maintain and organize digital files, records, and databases
Prepare reports, presentations, and administrative documents
Coordinate virtual meetings, including scheduling and agenda preparation
Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of records
Assist with task coordination and project tracking
Monitor and order office or operational supplies (if applicable)
Handle incoming and outgoing communications and documentation
Support team members with general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
Previous administrative or remote work experience is an asset
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines independently
